What network are you on, Pixel8? Can you try via wifi, assuming you are on cellular?

I will have to try cotchin. I tried installing the full pyqt and no luck on the application.

For those of you who are still getting the gateway error:
It appears to be an issue of your cellular provider having a proxy between you and the api.foursquare.com endpoint, and then failing to correctly serve up the api requests.
This is a pain. I can add code to barriosquare to detect this and warn about it, but I can't actually "fix" the problem if your provider's proxy is not working.
Suggestions: Try and connect to the internet via a non-proxied APN. Alternatively, contact your provider and ask them if their proxy can connect to api.foursquare.com.

Looks like search is broken. I cannot see some places via Barriosquare that are easy to find via web interface.
Also i cannot type cyrillic letter "б" which shares the key button with left arrow.

Hmm I think I've introduced a regression somewhere along the line. Search is working behind the scenes, it's just not updating the display correctly (which makes it look like it's not working). I'll try and figure this out in the next couple of days.

Search and Nearby are now fixed in 0.3.6-1, they should show all available venues. Cheers, Scott.
