Not going to be easy to emulate, i think better to port Symbian over to linux.

Come on Symbian is pretty hard to use and looks really ugly these days. Sorry but classic Windows Mobile is More usable than Symbian how ever Symbian ^3 should help Symbian catch up with everyone else. Also for some reason people consider Google Android to geeky and I really don't understand that. Maybe people have expected too much simplicity from having iPhones so much.

is there any symbian emulator ? there is java emulator but what about .sis games and applications ? is that possible ?

Yes i was thinking about this long back , the ability to emulate .sis or .sisx files would be great .

But i don't know how easy would it be to create an emulator of such kind .
