No.
Why regret buying the best possible hardware that's out on the market right now?
Ofc there's things that can be polished but let's face it if you were looking for a "fun, easy-mode phone" filled with games and apps right from the start you couldn't made a worse choice...

All the stuff already in the phone owns all other right-out-of-box when it come to communication as in email, IM, skype etc and best of all kickass multitasking!!!

Nothing beats it at this point, but you got to understand it's more of a heavy duty user phone especially if you look at the maemo community apps and what they focus on.
Pretty far from facebook apps.

So perhaps you made the wrong choice and might find a phone that pleases you more and i'm pretty sure you easily can sell it to someone here at the forum.

I just wish it could replace my n97.

It has so much power its a shame it cannot do the simple things-

j2ME - google maps now has bus times from my local busstop!
one handed operation - sms, email.
working sat nav.

Not the best phone, but the best portable gadget I've ever had
I check everyday, if not hour, to see what more I can do with it

It's a steal for US$485

This is the most interesting phone I ever had.
Now I can access it, and share solutions with others here in maemo.org
Mobile surfing is very good on this phone.
With ssh and vpnc I can do much of my work from the phone.
Even rdesktop to windows-servers.

No, it does everything I wanted it to do, it`s fast, has GREAT touch screen which allows webbrowsing without the need to zoom in, has a keyboard which was a must for me, a cool OS and UI that can be customized so well.

And when I think about all the electricity I saved by not switching my PC on in which only the graphics card saps like 100watt just to browse a web it`s a very attractive financial solution

i doubt there are any cheaper mobile contracts that include internet (Combi15 added up to about £420) as Combi15+Web-n-Walk was a total of £465 or thereabouts, much cheaper than their vodaphone equivalents. .

and the t-mobile contracts are not even available any more.

Hah. And I think same way about you!

You secretly love your N900.

Just kidding Sell it away if it doesn't manage to do things you wanted it to do or if you are disappointed.
