Unfortunately, the conditions would have changed. I could post a DSLR versus N900, but pics would be different and I only have the N900 for now.

Here you go:

Sony Alpha 200 DSLR versus N900

There are 3 tests:

Outside:
Sunny weather, with shade, high brightness. Both cameras on ISO 100.

Low Light
Both cameras on low light. It is a storage room from a bar, 3 meters by 8 meters, lit by 2 neon tubes.

Low Light + exposure
N900 was set to +2 exposure, judging by the time it took to shoot the ISO was ramped up to 400. To balance things out, A200 was also manually set to ISO 400.

Finally, both images have been set to N900's resolution (width). As a result, Alpha 200's image has been resized to 3872/2576 (1.5031). Because resizing is done to one-and-a-half pixels, some detail is lost.

Also, I didn't know this, but N900 signed the image with ISO 800. Since it's not available, I didn't know and I took the DSLR at 400.

Also, for some reason, Picasa thinks the A200 images have both been taken at ISO100. The RAW image correctly states ISO400.

Attached Highlights:
Low Light Noise (A200, N900)
Outside noise (A200, N900)
