Maybe it's a codec thing. The n800 requires Realmedia, what does your pocket pc require - windows media? Perhaps Orb handles the pocket pc required codec better?

Thank you for that constructive input!
We need to keep in mind that errors can cascade (especially where Windows is involved... lol) and that the problem reported is not necessarily the proximate cause (or even apparently involved in root cause). In any troubleshooting situation, it is worth checking configuration status-- incorrect date, time and other regional personalization settings have been shown to wreak havoc on internet applications.
