The Clear device option unfortunately doesn't do what it's supposed to do, ie reset everything on the phone to factory settings. It gets rid of the user directory, but not the root directory. You have to flash the phone if you want a solution that will clear the root directory without touching ~/user. Silliness. It's much easier to manually restore the modified files/folders.

This is my first .DEB file , I checked it couple of times on my device (install/uninstall/update...) and he still alive All work properly...

Original files here.. Download it -> extract from ZIP to you phone: /home/user/MyDocs -> open Termianal as ROOT (devel-su) -> run this command: sh /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/RESTORE and you will done

oops, Schturman last question, about the file you uploaded, is it the very default files? (I means files where no tweaks are installed yet)
