I have just installed the new version of Memailsettings, and configured the mfe hotmail account. It works, but i can't see the e-mails in html, they are in text format. Is there a fix for that?

yes in the same app go to edit settings and change the values for the following options to TRUE:
email_mime
email/email_mime
Edit: Remember to click save from the bottom-right context menu after editing each of the above strings otherwise you won't get the desired result...

Whatever I try, I keep receiving my Hotmail in plain text, even if I enable "Fetch full message's MIME" and re-sync my mails.
Does anyone have Hotmail working in HTML format on their N9?

Edit settings and there are 2 fields titled email_mime, ensure both are set to TRUE then re-sync...
