@RafaelVlmendes You can't create an account with Instago yet, so you have to do it with another phone / device (iOS, Android, WP). Creating accounts will be one of the features of the next beta releases.

Dirk: Not critical bug, but will polish it a bit. Times are not displayed correctly for single digit minutes. eg, 19:04 is shown as 19:4

If you want to try something with actual uploads there is a rival to Instagram called EyeEm with clients for ios, android & windows phone. Browsed the API and it seems to support uploads and filters:

You need to register an app:

Just an humble suggestion since you did such a great job on instago.

@crisscross: Thank you for the input. The platform looks nice and the features seem compareable. I wonder if it would be possible to do a unified client for both platforms. But for now I'd like to concentrate on Instagram.
All others: Thank you so much for you support. I set up a little project page at: http://instago.mobi/ which also features a donate button since some of you asked.
Regarding donations: At the moment I'm thinking about adding Instago to the Nokia Store for 0.99 (when it's polished and tested, whenever that will be). It will still be open source and you will be able to get the .deb files from the repo and download pages. But if you want a convenient package with update notifications (and me putting up with Nokia QA), then I guess it would be worth 0.99. So the download page would be the "free version" and the one in the store the "donate version". Don't know if that makes sense or not. It's just a thought at the moment. What do you all think?

Never used instagram, but since it's open source maybe I can help with something, like create account and upload
If WP client source is readable like wazapp one, we ca do everything we want
