Any idea ?
Flashing looks quite okay! (so if doing in a row, maybe -R in first command does not hurt)
What exactly is your problem? What password is asked for (you are not able to use device lock in open mode)?

Code:
rm -rf /home/user/.accounts
rm -rf /home/user/.aegis
obliviously when you switching from stock firmware to openmode you should recreate all your aegisfs (or disable) mounts. old aegisfs mounts can't work with new keyring

When you do the back-to-back flashing you do not need to remove any of these aegis things, the beauty of this method is that they get created the first time when device boots in open mode (as it never gets that far in closed mode) and so with open mode keys.

This is the method that Jonni explained to me works best, there should be no averse aegis effects in open mode when it is done this way.

if you not using --erase-user-data option you should remove aegisfs ,mounts manually

FTR:
Flashing original firmware together with emmc, then - without reboot - flashing openmode kernel, copy modules to phone, depmod, flash NAT enabled kernel, did the trick

# flasher -F org.img -F emmc.img -f
# flasher -F org.img -k zImage-2.6.32.54-dfl61-20121301 --flash-only=kernel -f -R

copy modules to phone (/lib/modules/2.6.32.54lopan-dfl61)
depmod -a 2.6.32.54lopan-dfl61

# flasher -F org.img -k zImage_lopan --flash-only=kernel -f -R

Sure, should not be that difficult.
Will take some time though, from tomorrow morning I will be out of civilization's reach for a while... only 3G access and spotty at that

What's the kernel option for this in .config? I'll also enable it in my next build.
