You should see one folder named .N9QTweakBackup...

Did what you described,, I get the same issue with conversation app crashing once I open a particular conversation.

It worked nicely yesterday after enlarging fonts,, few hours later I tried the tmobile HH tweak and that's when the problem started. Urghh..

Do you think phone reset could take care of that??

Do you succeeded with transferring of backup folder ?
If X (option 2) not work, go to HH and choose option 2 then press enter...
Reset will not help you..

I did drag the backup folder into my N9 via computer connected in mass storage mode.
did both actions as you outlined X and HH I still get the messaging crash..

Please tell me that there's a fix.. unless I'm doing something wrong and not understanding the steps right??

BTW, the backup folder you have on the site is empty,, should there be any files in it??

Everything works perfectly on my phone except since the HH tweak..
Not sure what to do now,,

It's should to help... Maybe you put backup folder in the wrong place.. I don't know.. When you transferred backup folder to your phone, do you asked about override ? I ask this because you told me that you did backup (tweak K), You need to override your backup folder with my one...

ZIP file from the first post is not empty, it's include backup folder...

Ok, do something else:
Open terminal and write:
rm -f /home/user/.mms/profile.conf

And tell me what you get.. And check you conversation app..

OK,, so I have the zipped file on my mac.. should I just drag it into the N9, or any specific location in the N9 ??

Very sorry for the confusion, but I'm really nervous that I can't get messaging feature to work as I love this phone and I just got it a month ago in White.

Ok, Idid Open the terminal and wrote:
rm -f /home/user/.mms/profile.conf
I got nothing, I checked my messaging, still crashes.

You need extract .N9QTweakBackup folder from zip and transfer this folder to your phone, into: /home/user/MyDocs

OK, I'll work on figuring out how to extract it and find the /home/user/MyDocs when connecting N9 to my Mac..
I just seem to only see the N9 and no /home/user/MyDocs in order to drop the folder in it..
