I just checked your product code 059J260 which points to RM-696 NDT LTA BLACK 16GB , this means it is Latin America(LTA, my guess).
But FW which is installed on your phone currently is of product code
059L6B8: N9 RM-696 Country Variant United Arab Emirates AE CLI8 Black 16G
This is very strange and depends on from where you bought you phone. Cheaply available N9 in market are done like that.
So you need to download file
Dfl61 Harmattan 40.2012.21-3.335.1 Pr Legacy 335 Arm Rm-696 Prd Signed.bin from following link and do cmt only flash.
http://www.mrcrab.net/nokia/Nokia_N9...n=40.2012.21.3
If this doesn't work you can try other UAE product code fw files like 059L6B7 or 059N2D9.
If cmt only flash works, then you can flash any other emmc for content files but that is optional.

OK, i read all the thread and done everything advised. I downloaded and flashed with German version 009, and than did only cmt from the Chinese version but still this is what i got. I feel like I'm hitting a wall here. Also now when I try to start up the phone its says "Reinstall authorized operating system"

Can you try R&D mode?

If this doesn't work , I hope someone else will be able to help you here. Don't just give up yet I got my N9 back to life after sitting in box for almost 3 months

polomarko,
Take a deep breath and relax first of all
I had the same problems in the beginning as you. What you need to try now is to load up the original fw that came with your device. In my instance it was fw 003. Once I got the phone back to original state I tried it again with German fw 009, then flashed the radio from fw 003 and voila!! Everything worked nicely.
Try it again and post back what the results are....

The problem is that when I got the phone the phone had the 1.3 , 001 version, but I'm not sure if that was my phone original software, because as it seems for my product code 059K172 there isn't any 1.3 version. Also now that I have flashed it with 1.3, 009 German version I cant flash it to the original software, because of the flasher not allowing a downgrade.
Sure that if you say it worked I'm willing to try it but I don't know what version to use as my original software. If you could give me any orientation on that based on my product code it would be great. And also can you please specify what command should I use to flash only the radio?

Does the phone boot? When you plug the phone via usb using the flashing tool what fw does it say that is has on it?
The command to flash the radio only is:
flasher -f -F old_main.bin --flash-only=cmt
Replace old_main.bin with your phones original fw .bin
How we proceed will be determined what fw the flashing tool says is on your phone.
I'll look to see what your original fw file is.
