I don't know how they get this batteries.
All I know those are original batteries. I ordered 5 batteries abut 3 mouths ago to help Jolla phone users from abroad. 3 sent to Jolla phone users in Finland and 2 to Netherlands. They are still happy users of this batteries.

allegro.pl is "Polish ebay".

Are you sure these are original ones, or is it possible that these are just jolla labeled third party batteries?

Those batteries looks like original. I measured electrical parameters and it's the same as original. Exactly the same dimensions.

I had 5 of them in my hands and for me they are original.

That is the risk in such threads about some software / hardware which yet has to be published. For me the complete thread is off topic until the day Jolla delivers something

Will there be community (free) version? I don't care about Alien Dalvik and stuff like exFAT. Or even drivers need to be paid for?

I'd say there's a 99% probability that someone will package a free version that doesn't include the proprietary bits. Don't expect Jolla to provide it though.

tbh am curious how Jolla was ensure piracy doesn't occur. If its just a flashable image I can see it being shared quickly and easily.
