i contact them yesterday and receved a massege in the morning
then i registerd my wazapp normaly in my n9

Don't make fun of him! He bought a N9, one of the most intuitive phones. He expects stuff like this to be intuitive!

fyi, android's whatsapp add new emoji without closing dialog by press and hold the icon to open the dialog. Then the dialog will not close until the 'open dialog icon' press again.

Mine loads only in gray/white too, I thought it was the new splash not very appealing. I like the second idea you posted, I would only change the icon with phone in green/circle in white fixed and the green part of the icon completing in circle for the loading process
