is there's a way that your app could record certain commands to do after each other for example :
1-open the tv
2-vol up
3- menu
5-up command
so you can set all of these on the N900 then you get closer to the tv and click start so the commands the user set goes on .

In other news, I went ahead and put in a keyset and a panel for the iRobot Roomba vacuum cleaner. I'm still not sure I've got the protocol quite right, but I figured I should give it a shot anyway...

I tried it with my iRobot 630. I can't seem to get Pierogi to work with it.
It does work with my Samsung 3D LED TV though albeit at a limited distance.
