can i still update wazapp with cepis latest dev version from github like this:

1. latest official Wazapp installed ( http://wazapp.im/ )
2. Filebox installed ( http://store.ovi.com/content/204982/download )
3. N9 QTweak installed and hack H activated ( http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=80600 )

steps:

1. quit Wazapp from within the app (menu -> quit)
2. delete /home/user/.wazapp/*.db file (using Filebox or term)
3. download latest dev .zip from wazapp github ( https://github.com/tgalal/wazapp/zipball/dev )
4. extract .zip on Your pc
5. delete wazapp & wazapp_init files from that client folder
6. now zip only /client folder with all subfolders & structure
7. transfer it to Your N9
8. open rooted Filebox (password: rootme) and move that .zip to /opt/waxmppplugin/bin/wazapp folder
9. extract .zip in that folder accepting to overwrite all existing files
10. open terminal, enter devel-su, then rootme as the password
11. execute command: apt-get install python-dateutil and wait ( Packagename was wrong in previous description)
12. execute: cd /opt/waxmppplugin/bin/wazapp
13. execute: chmod 755 *
14. exit terminal
15. start Wazapp from Your homescreen
(16. if Wazapp doesn't start -> reboot + step 15)<<

i ask because i wanted to do it atm but i saw some changes in the /bin folder like yowsup... think it wasn't there before, and i can't find it in client-folder of the dev version

I didn´t know this feature... Is it possible to hide our "last seen" status to the others and see the others' status, even if they set it to "don´t show"? I think it would be a great feature!

It's not entirely clear what you're trying to say, but I suspect it relates to this reported bug:
https://github.com/tgalal/wazapp/issues/172

Tried killing Wazapp
Code:
devel-su
(pwd)
killall wazapp
apt-get update
apt-get -f install
No change

BTW, I am in México.
My supplier is Telcel
Here it says to activate background connection in the phone.
But in my case it by itself didn't solve the problem.

Anyone with a proposal or solution?

By "allow background data" do you mean "allow background connection" at Settings -> Internet connection ?
If yes, I did.

By pushmail do you mean push notifications.
I don't know how they got configured but eBuddy XMS shows when a message came in and also email messages.

When working, Wazapp also sent a notification when in background.

But currently it stays offline permanently.
