Once you have installed nitdroid where should the folder named android show in the file manager? In the emmc internal memory card or the external sd card???

For debug, one use adbwireless, here is a step by step guide for winXP users,

A step by step instructions is here. Yah, right, step-by-step, still quite intimidating to me. It took me 2 hrs to dig around, and it is done. Works beautifully, I have 2G installation space on my SD card now.

The following was written for my tablet. Nitdroid only has to install adbwireless and the winXP part.

For my android tablet, not nitdroid

Prerequisit:
1) an empty SD card; I use a 8G
2) able to get root
3) has adbwireless

I am using petolley 1102 FW.

Partitioning the SD card: you need an empty SD card; I use a 8G; I put 1.95 G on the EXT3
ADB: I am using ADBwireless with winPC XP; you can do it with mac/Linux.
This is on your winPC machine:
1) install JDK, click the 1st icon, the one with only the coffee cup icon; this step may NOT be necessary, I did it anyhow.
2) http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html, click download on left colum, and download Android-sdk_r07-windows.zip; unzip this and copy the folder tools to a c:\SDKtools or anypath you can remember.
3) start adbwireless from your A81e, you can watch a video here.
4) On your winPC, Start>Run...>CMD
c:\cd c:\SDKtools
c:\SDKtools\adb connect 192.168.1.x:5555 (copy from your A81e)
c:\SDKtools\adb shell
just wait, you will be connected and see "#" sign. Now follow his tutorial; be careful with typo; it works for me on 1st try. and after this, you now have 2G installation space.

i wish i knew why wifi keeps disconnecting on my 0.0.9 installation. i have the settings to disconnect 'never', but it drops the connection after a half hour or so. im streaming audiogalaxy, testing on local network. phone is literally sitting right next to the wifi and signal quality is perfect, all other wifi devices work fine.

any other settings to try? airplane mode is off and staying that way

I am running .09 on my sd card with power kernel 45 and have not experienced any wifi disconnect problems so far in 2 wks use. I do have problem with charging as well as the green light brinks when screen goes off.

0.9? Why not Gingerbread
I didn't bother with 2.2.1 - I went right for GB!

Why not gingerbread, UH? The answer is very obvious.... I dont know how to do it .

Well, and also gingerbread does not recognize sd card... oh well, I have NOT been kept up. I would appreciate if you can leave a few lines summarize the current status, what works and what not. And also it does not recognize SD card? I know I am pretty off by now

Does it have to install on eMMC? I dont want that, I still want the safety trap of SD card installation.

Oh, a few line installation help for those already have 0.09 installed will be grateful.
