Sometimes it is blocked. But download speed is ALWAYS very slow

I mean download speed by UU-tweak is very slow (I've 45 mbps Wi-Fi).

It not important if it my or not my dropbox, i also use tweak UU or auto-checker and it work fine for me.

Ok, i tried to create account on openrepo, it's not a problem. But i can't upload files that needed for N9QT - .zip, .sh, .pdf... I can upload only .deb files. That mean i can't migrate to openrepo from dropbox.
I will try another alternatives like firemedia..
