do you know what sort of quatity MPD are expecting of friday?

how many preorder MPD have?

What pre-order period would these batches cover roughly, do you know? Mine was placed 20/10, you reckon which batch is likely to cover this?

Thats good news I ordered on the 6th October, I hope I made the first batch. MPD also gave me a second credit check over the weekend, so here's hoping

Don't apologise! I don't think the vast majority of us thought you were ever trying to mislead us. Welcome to our lovely MPD related thread by the way!

Again - thanks for trying to shed some light on the whole situation. Won't hold it against you if things cock up again as this all stems from Nokia and MPD head office at the end of the day!

Do you know roughly what dates fit in to which batches? E.g. 9th/10th October - 1st or 2nd batch?

EDIT: Whilst typing, other people asked these exact same things!

I am not sure about the quantity, September- Mid October will be there first batches, Mid October- Mid November will be the second and the rest will be the third one. I am guessing we will need more stock for the third batches but the rest is covered.

Would still help if MPD as a company sent out an official email with some information - as for the moment - the only official info i have is 3rd/4th from MPD - but i did order in sept - so crossing fingers!

Steve - you really are an asset to MPD - its a shame we can't really ring up and sing your praises...

I reckon 10th October juuuust about counts as early October right? I mean... that's just about the first third, so can't really be in the middle... *prays*. To be fair, so long as some start getting shipped, then I'll know mine is on its way so I'll be happy :-)

Out of curiosity - how can MPD not have known when they were coming? A few of us were chatting about tracking numbers - you obviously might not know, but just wondered why they couldn't have just tracked it and told us! Lol.
