Possibly, but in my mind its very likely that the first evidence of ailien existence will trigger a 20 years discussion if its real or fake. Unless an alien spaceship lands in plain sight most humans, religions will have a hard time to stomach new and controversial news.
It would be interesting to see how the stock market would react. A major spike or business as usual.

Anyone watching the open hearing at US house of Representatives sub committee about UAPs? Obviously the aliens must have a base. Apparently the are rumors reaching the house about a underwater base

The thing that doesn't make sense to me is that it's too many shapes and sizes.Why would 20 different crafts visit earth never to be seen again.
