Symbian may be a bit clunky, but the functionality is unsurpassed. WP8 is a whole new OS. Some bugs are unavoidable. Besides, experiencing how the OS matures is half the fun.

You do realize that you've just complimented Symbian as an OS that never dies, after your own admission that Windows Phone 8 keeps rebooting and bricking devices?
What are you trying to say?
Windows Phone 7 was supposedly a whole new OS. How did that mature? Did it swoon customers in droves too?
