If i write a mail on a Yota phone with a similiar message ("I'll fly to Moscow to tell everyone that Russia has to leave Ukranian soil including Crimea and that Putin is the worst politician Russia has ever seen") i'll probably have a problem the next time i want to enter Russia. Or, even worse, leaving it.
And that's why i currently wouldn't want a Russian phone.

Oysters has the specs up also in English:

Interesting to see which new SF device enters market first. Jollc C not counted, because a community programme hand out, not sold on market.

If i write a mail on an Android phone stating that i'll fly to London to agitate people to vote yes on the Brexit and to tell everyone that Cameron is the worst politician the UK has ever seen, that mail is probably read by the NSA. Reaction ? Nevermind- dismiss.

I would not worry about that too much. On the other hand, if I write an email on an Android phone mentioning Isis, that email will trigger some automatic switch at NSA and I will get on a black list without any human even knowing or caring about that. Then at least I won't have to worry about having troubles visiting Russia: my own government will take care of my next passport renewal application and I won't visit anything.
And don't tell me this is too farfetched. There have already been cases of people having had their online payments rejected because they live on Isis Close.
It is maybe because I have lived on the wrong side of the curtain that I can see warning signals that those who have never experienced a totality are still blind to. It is why I maintain that until they start dropping bombs on your head, there is nothing you have to fear from the other side's government. It is your own government you should be wary of. I hope I am wrong but as of yet, I am still to be convinced.
