What I noticed however is that it will show apps as updated while they do not appear in my appmanager (they appear later).
As an example the nsschedule app was updated to 0.2 last night, its in the repos and in appwatch. Yet I do not have it as a update.
I know this is not a bug with your app but as you probably got to know the repos system quite well by now I was wondering if you have any idea why this is? I am based in the Netherlands in case that location is relevant.
