start it from Xterm viaand tell us the output. there should be an error message with more information as to your problem.Code:python /opt/maesynth/maesynth.py
btw, i'm on power kernel v45 and it works fine.

ive latetly installed maesynth onto my phone. it opens well, but does not produce any sound at all.
how do i resolve that?

EDIT - makes no difference if you turn off the screen sounds in profiles...could be a speaker click as the 'delay' method fades out the sound without an abrupt end!
