If someone who has the power44 hanging problem can help me to debug it by downloading a few images, flashing them, and telling me if they boot or not, please contact me by email: matan@svgalib.org or by private message.

my camera has operation failed message and shuts down. I have tried to unistall fcam but i do not see the fcam drivers to remove.

i think when my phone was flashed some remnants of software (like for example ad flash blocker) were not properly removed.

Is there a command i can type in xterminal to completley remove fcam and the drivers please?

Could you describe how to install Titans driver?
I tried to dpkg from root but got an error saying no such file.
I put it directly in root and used sudo gainroot in X term

I'm not that good with the X term you know..
Would be much apreciated

Tried Power42. Nitdroid is fine. Will try Power44 later today.

That happened to me. As I mentioned a few posts above, I had to install a newly-compiled driver package that Titan released earlier today. See his post here for a link to the .deb:

http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=130

Download the .deb to your phone somewhere -- Documents, for example, and then run the following in Xterm (you can type the first letter of each word and then press Tab to auto-complete to make things easier/more accurate):

Code:
sudo gainroot
dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/.documents/fcam-drivers_1.0.7-1_armel.deb
(if you don't download the file to Documents, then you'll need to use the path to your download in that command rather than /home/user/MyDocs/.documents)

You'll need to confirm the installation in a prompt that appears. After that, simply reboot and your camera will function as normal again

Anyone else having trouble with mobile hotspot? I'm just getting the 'failed to start' message since updating the power kernel (among other things) via the app manager this morning... I rely on it quite heavily too.. I'll try to reinstall see if that helps..

Your link is broken (you're pointing to "/fca....7-1_armel.deb"). Please use the URL from my post above -- it works.
