gosh... I haven't read for a long time from you. But your personality definitely hasn't improved. Ppl on TMO are fine unless someone comes here, steals stuff from others then tries to make money out of it and to top all of this, said person can't make real conversation, is rude and respectless to anybody who is criticizing what he is doing.
First mentioned things just are not seen well in any open source centered community, while the latter isn't in any human relationship. So you're wondering why nobody likes you? Don't blame others before you have seen to your own faults.

if you checked the first post you will see the method of installing swappolube is not from HAM or (Application Manager)
it is with x-terminal
so if you don't have rootsh
install it from application manager first then go to xterminal and write:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install swappolube
That should install the gui version of swappolube (i think)
EDIT : No need for sir
Im 15 years old only

second yes you need a full reboot to create cgroup folder in /dev (but for me i did notice a change before a reboot) but in my case i had all the other tweaks that needed a reboot ex : kernel power swapollube)
so : yes a reboot is needed
third you can notice the changes basicly in multitasking (try to open many bokkmarks and sites) and it will stay smooth
or try to scroll contacts , songs , anything
and they all should be smoother
finaly have you applied every thing ? (especialy the script) ?
