Right behind you, portable FFVII.........*goes into dreamland*
(Sure the psp can do that, but i chose the n800 after a lot of saving, wi-fi with a touchscreen/bt keyboards beat the psp for what i want)

Not sure if anyone else said this (I skipped pages 3-8), but for a bluetooth controller, the PS3's Sixaxis would do the job perfectly.

Well its been over a year since this thread was started and maybe I missed something but I would really love to see a psx emulator working! I am sure we all would. is there any news on this?I will help in testing or whatever if I can. Right now I do not have many linux skills but would be willing to learn how to do things. Does anyone know if it runs decent in kde? I imagine running it in kde would be slower but I do not know. (it referencing psx)

You didn't miss anything. No 3D, no PSX emulator.

Well considering the fact that bleem (the first commerical PSX emulator for Windows) worked fine even with software rendering back in 1998 and that the systems back then weren't much faster than the N8x0 is today, it should be possible without 3D hw acceleration in theory. Maybe with the native PSX resolution (320x200 IIRC) with pixel-doubling.

Yeah, completely forgot about Bleem!, worked very well on slow machines.

I just use it as a normal gamepad on the PC when it's plugged in. I can't remember installing any drivers, it was about two years ago now... I might have done, but I don't think so. The controllers use the same B Mini plugs as the N800, so that would be useful too.
