Hi trevarthan, thanks for taking the trouble to reply.
I have spent more time on this now and it seems that ogg vorbis files may not be supported? I have a few mp3’s and they work exactly as you describe. Once the (mp3) tracks are being played then, with interaction with the sound, the icons start to make sense and I can figure most of them out.
Is there a fix for my ogg issues? I have installed ogg-support and, as I have said, these files play perfectly in UKMP.

- so I tap on CD+, I tap on the album picture (which has NOW TURNED into an PLAYLIST picture) in the lower right corner), now I can start playback
If I now change my mind and want to quickly listen to one song of another album I have to:
- go back to the album list
- choose the album
- choose the title->the title is not played back straight away (as the playlist is still playing), but it is only ADDED to the playlist
- i have to open the playlist again, scroll down, and choose my song which I want to hear
So what I think I am asking for is: do not automatically play back only from the playlist, but if I open kagu fresh and select an album and one song inside this, please just give me the playback buttons so I can play bacl straight away. However, I do understand that it would be necessary to differentiate if someone wants to ADD one song to the playlist, or if he/she just wants to play back the current selection.
Maybe if I get used to the playlist idea would be the most easy..--)))
And Yes, the START/STOP on the enlarge button also has something to it, I have to admit....
sorry for the long post, those functions are very easy to SHOW on the N800, but vey hard to describe in words..
Thank you again, karl.

Hi, I checked the status of the tickets for 1.7 and it shows that a lot of progress have been made. Thx again for all your work. Have you got an ETA for the next release by any chance?
