I also got my NinjaFlex sample. Hope to have some time to work on it during weekend.
Regarding existing cases, currently I have my Jolla protected by a TPU case for Nokia Lumia 925 (as somebody else has already done in this thread).
As I like to carry my phone in a belt beg, I can report that the Insmat Business case for Galaxy Note (and the Note 2/3) fits pretty well with the thick package.
The one for Galaxy Note is slightly wider, while the one for Note 2/3 is a little longer.

How's the project going Skvark?
I just realized that all my friends have cracked screens and I am afraid it's my turn now. The only downside of this I see is that Jolla's screen costs 200€.
Edit: S-Line case for L920 doesn't fit Jolla, even after some modifications.

Edit: Yeah, this is gonna take some time
Edit: I'll have to make modifications (scale down at least to get more tight fit) to the model but NinjaFlex seems to be very good case material. Printer settings have to be right to get good results. I need to do more testing.
