I've tried to boot it again with same result, shall I repartition the MicroSD the other way around?

Probably wise either way android has to be on partition 2 in ext3 partition

Right, swapped the partitions around and it does the exact same thing.. Seems to always make the 2gb partition p1...

Guys, If you don't know what you're doing I'd wait. I hate to see DJSteve spending so much time answering "I bricked my phone" type questions. I'm not calling anyone out here it's more of a general observation about this thread.

i think you're right, maybe we should make another thread or something at the nitdroid page to help users through the process.

if you follow exactly the steps on page 30 there shouldn't be any problems (i had none related to the guide )

I'm going to test (using all downloads from pg30) and report back.

All I want is working dual boot (with OC support for Maemo).

Don't you need the newer rootfs from page 72?

the newer rootfs just gives wifi support either root will work but the page 30 one is not much use since nt alot works
