Your solution sounds very complicated (much more complicated than scrolling down). Why don't you just put folders instead of those four app icons on top? You know you can do that, right?

here are two absolut nice feature. But there are still not work with the latest OS FW

- Favorite settings right next to the events view
INFO: Swipe the events view to second page what show all control icons. Maybe is this the best way, because we see, that Jolla will put a Weather Information on the Event view.
the autor have no time to fix it for the new OS FW
