Yeah - I think so. If you go into Contacts and tap on the title bar, you can select "Get contacts" from the popup list and "Import Mail Exch. contacts" is at the bottom of the list.

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish? Internet/Data connections work totally different on Maemo as compared to S60, so more or less what you are asking is not possible, but I can't imagine why you would need to do it.

This is not really a solution to the problem, with over 10,000 contacts in AD we need to select anyone to send to and not import them to the device, but as a work around I would say OK.

Yeah, I know, it seems far from ideal to me but that was all I could find.

Obviously not what I wanted to hear but I do appreciate the update. Thanks.

tried to connect to my exchange 2007 after the two new updates. i get the following errors:

"system error on exchange server"..........this error flashes and disappears

"error in communication with exchange server"......this error stays on.

Is provisioning still an issue after the two new updates?

Yes, the provisioning requirements are unchanged by these updates.

I'm actually an engineer myself, so in a way I do understand your PoV. And I do understand what you mean. But still disagree :P But that's ok.

I did not at all feel attacked, and I did not in any way mean to blame you for this. If any, I blame marketing But either way, my post might have been a little harsh (I blame that on my English skills, it was not intended to sound like I accused you (or anyone, really). I just disagreed

Either way, with todays update, I'm a very happy fish! Great work!

Thanks.

As far as I know, it's not currently planned for implementation. There also doesn't look to be a bug raised for this, so perhaps you should start there.
