Install sixad and SIXAXIS(TM) Support from the app manager. DONE

Download and burn the live cd, Option 2 from here - http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download

Download the sixpair.gz file from here - http://tomasz.sterna.tv/uploads/2010/02/sixpair.gz - and save it to USB stick

Copy the sixpair.gz file from the USB stick to the Ubuntu desktop, OKAY SIXPAIR IS ON MY DESKTOP

gzip -d ~/Desktop/sixpair.gz
cd ~/Desktop
sudo chmod +x sixpair
sudo ./sixpair XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX. COPIED AND PASTE EXACTLY LIKE THAT WITH XX:XX: REPLACED WITH MY BT MAC ADDRESS

COMMAND NOT FOUND:

Only sixpair? Nothing more? Are you sure it is not the gz file?

If you are sure, then what happens after the
sudo chmod +x sixpair
command?
