3-cp /home/user/MyDocs/speedpatch.tar.gz ./ then enter (is ko beshuk copy paste ker laina couse space ka issue ata hai)

4-tar xzvf speedpatch.tar.gz then enter


agay b bas aisay e bar bar command type ker k enter kerna hai .
abhi itna ker k btao koi error aya ?

maine bola k 12-15 windows open kiin ,sb msst thiin ,it was fast than before ..lekin koi command hai jis se pta chlay k yeh patch install huwa b hai ya nhi ?so thats my question (just)
