thanks for greate app. here is my feedback.

would be nice to have order by date option in rss list and feed list in channel.

would be nice to be able to see post date of the topic/article in topic/article list next to title.

when you have a lot of channels (have over 90) you can notice it uses over %90 cpu until all download finished.

it would be also nice to set backgorund. black distorts my eyes after long reading.

i used to like touchpro's default rss reader alot.

thanks again

this new version is pretty sleek. thanks for that.
However, it would be nice to b able to update feeds individually.. Also, every time a quit the application, I see the cpu running at full speed for about 20 secs. When I checked top, I see that feedingit is the culprit. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

thanks again for a great app. Miles away from the stock reader.

@asidana: it only updates 3 feeds at a time, so the total number of feeds you have shouldn't dictate the amount of CPU used when updating. But it does take between 60 and 90% cpu.

@tpaixao: when you close the app, it saves its current state to disk. That seems to be taking quite a bit of CPU and time if you have a fair amount of feeds.

@ofels: external browser does mean MicroB. I don't think there is a default browser setting in Maemo that I can use (like you can find on a desktop OS).

Hi Slocan,

Can you please make it so that it doesnt high light text when you scroll through a feed? It makes it difficult to read when every so often text gets highlighted white on a black surface....

Perhaps you could make the highlight show up when you double tap or something to that effect.....

@karim0028: yes, the highlighting is annoying, and it will eventually be fixed, but it's not as easy as it sound to disable it (at least as far as my modest knowledge is concerned).

Note that it's getting hard to keep track of all the feature requests posted in this thread, so if there is something you feel strongly about, i'd suggest adding it to the bug tracker (image caching and text highlighting are already there):

It looks a lot better than the previous one I had. Only one little remark: Can you put the read items in a darker shade color? Say #9d9d9d in html or (157,157,157) in RGB. At least of bit darker.
