Here is the same menu but with black text for electroaudio 
If it is easy for you post some images of it(I can't because of the black background ;p)

Here is a screenshot, slightly bigger letters would be nice
...But it got an another problem.. on the desktop when the keyboard is closed, then the menuicon is standing in the lower left corner and all the widgets/icons are thrown into one big pile on the left side of the screen
however, when i open the keyboard everything gets back to normal

Here you can try it
text.deb
and write this on terminal:
Code:root cd /home/user/MyDocs dkpg -i text.deb killall hildon-desktop
installed and its good
edit- can you increase the font size
