i have the same thing, i dont see it updating right away when i press update (1 of the 4 buttons)
But somehow it did update 4 hours ago where i was 1 time..
So maybe it is google that somehow doesnt really work quite right at this moment?

someone can check if "auto cell" option stop gps after a while... ?
or someone can confirm if using liblocation with mode = CWP, the default accuracy value is 640000 ( need location-test-gui + n900 + sim to check )
