Well done guys, this is even more impressive than I ever thought it could be. This really is a computer with a mobile phone radio in it AMAZING!

I love the multiple desktops pure genius, you can have a 'business dekstop' and a 'play desktop' just like e-series, but then the added ability to have a music bookmarks page and then a contacts page is just awesome.

Sexxxxyyyy !

is all I can say.

Forget my deliverables this morning at work - I am having wet dreams sitting in my chair.

Wow, that little short video blew me off - nice to see the integration with different web apps.

The production was too slick. Nice work Nokia

and most of all thnaks to QGIL, Peter, Ragnar and all at Nokia for creating this wonderful product and listening to the community.
Particuly what struct me was that Qgil decided to share it with the community and we didn't have to find this out from media, but rather straight from Nokia.

Makes me feel good to be part of this community
(all the more so, since this direct involvement with the company was sorely missed during the Zaurus forum days.)

I think the pics from mobile-review showed a stylus in the slot like n810, but that one video at conversations.nokia.com made getting mouse pointer and using finger look pretty easy

I just (as in this week) got myself an HTC Hero and was going to wait out the first Maemo device at least since Google's services are very important to me and I haven't seen much mention of official support for those, figured I'd have to wait and see how those will be supported officially or by the communiy. But I have to say that this looks really nice...now if this just would do the Google-specific things (gmail, calendar sync) as well or even close to as well as the Hero, I just might have to consider changing phones twice in a year

Looking good, very good! Great job, Maemo team!
Re: google services
my impression would be since it's running a fully loaded mozilla browser it'd be able to access any of Google's services as you would normally from a desktop browser--no?

Wow just wow. After the disappointment of OS2008 I had really low expectations of this but after seeing the demo I want one!
I just love the way everything is integrated and as for the circular zoom that's just inspired.

Well the mail client can be configured with gmail, the calendar app can sync with google... what more integration do you need?

With built-in SIM slot, you've got no excuse to not have a data connection available.

Do we actually know if T-mobile USA will subsidize the phone (most of the N-series smartphones with AT&T 3G were never subsidized by AT&T)?

Regardless, I think I will buy an unlocked version of the device.
