Mazi,

What you describe sounds a lot like this bug I reported:

https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8848

Please verify and vote for it if you confirm it. Thanks.

I ve observed is that the battery drain faster when it is plugged (when the charge is ended) than when it is unplugged..

Strange

Am i alone to see it?

Most likely bug 6615 - https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6615

Are you using static IP address with Wi-Fi ? If yes, use the script mentioned in the above thread and the problem will be resolved. No more need to reboot.

Don't blame me, the program just reads the values from HAL as they are. If HAL says 97 percent, then that's what gets recorded and eventually displayed.
See also bug 7636.

HAL considers the battery.reporting.design value as "100%", and the percentage reported is simply the battery.reporting.current value relative to that. The level reached at the end of each charge varies due to environmental factors and battery wear. So, you can only possibly see 100% when charging a brand-new battery in ideal temperature, current etc conditions.
