thanks for speedy reply - did think of calling nokia of this but seeing as they are in enough of a pickle with the depending windows horror...
have looked on repos but couldn't find it.
you say it a straight port of the linux version - ie I should be able to download the standard tar ball and expand it.
( if so could you point me to a good tutorial as bit new to this )

just got this from nokia

Not sure why the author pulled it, (maybe the same thing happened there as did with Instinctiv Media Player).
