First Eldar tweeted that N9 is being scrapped. Now he tweets:
„Waiting for man with n9-01. Will check this device for a first time. Also some mid tier devices will be here“

I think you have mixed up what he actually tweeted. His tweet is actually on the first page of this thread

n9-00 is canceled. Other phone in development.
Pay attention to that model number, and compare it with the model number in his latest tweet that you quote in your post.

In one hour 50 per cent of battery is out. Prototype but... Speed is OK. Camera is good. UI is strange (not finalized yet). Price isnt good
He says price is around 500Euro before taxes.

Perhaps they have looked to much at Android and iOS?

Maemo was great! Only small things are improvable. If the final Nokia product is similar to the opensource Meego Handset UI concept I need aspirins... I love the Internettable concept. I had enought Phones in the past and I don't need a device that feels like one of those.

I have an N900, N8 & iphone4 (all without contracts). but I'm not a "fan" of them. they're just for communication and fun. nothing more...
I don't need a phone to feel special. And I don't "love" my phone, I love my wife. We use the word "love" in a different and more appropriate context.

will the N9-01 have a keyboard? Any logical explanations as to whether it will or won't?

Well, MeeGo supports hardware keyboards, so it doesn't really matter. If you want a hardware keyboard, just wait until Nokia, Intel, or someone else makes it. They will. It just might not be the "N9".

Does it matter right now? No-one have ever seen or use the N9. So everything is either speculation or rumors. Nothing is solid and no one sure on the specs. Hints: N9 is virtually doesn't exist yet in the consumer market.
