Only idiots buying those devices. They where dedicated to the developers no one else deserves them because they never was released and why the heck should a pay corrupted people who wants cash for something they got for free?

But I guess some people on TMO are stupid m0r0ns.

Not necessarily. Those are two distinct groups who both are interested in these devices.

Actually, this is one of those rare cases when and and or can be used interchangeably.
But I am not a native English speaker so feel free to correct me

Edit: Confirmed with a native speaker who is also an amateur linguist. The two forms are equivalent.
