no the howto was done before 2.1 wifi was perfected the root fs is 2.1

and the howto is mostly the same as one on page 30 except diff kernel and rootfs and fact you need bootmenu instaled - im sure someone here can write up a howto for me thoug h

pff i really wanna try this but i dont know anything or not much about terminal and i have windows 7 and i need some linux vm???

you do ideally need linux of some sort yes,

edit: for those of you asking about market i am currently testing a couple of the openm market apps (andappstore and sam) to see if they work or not, will likely put up a root fs shortly if they do

yeah and i dont know anything of this software and wich to use? so i think i better wait for a better dualboot program

what linux vm software do you recommend?

at min the kernel im using is provided by e-yes so id ask him if he'll add the other patches . and nielsvg you could always download ubuntu and just boot your pc from the cd then it doesn touch your current os

and vmware? i use windows 7 starter on netbook
