Maybe a logo, logo1, logo2 etc depending on cities as it would be good when travelling from one city to another

So apparently for certain periods the weather description was sent in English, for others was in Russian ()
I guess it's not meecast fault for the mixup with languages, but should the display show Russian text properly even with device set to English?
