To the developers:
Have you ever considered porting Wazapp to BB OS 10?
I don't know how much efforts it would take to undertake porting but since BB OS10 supports Qt and QNX is a Unix-like OS similar to Linux I guess it shouldn't be impossible...
As Tizen, SailfishOS and Ubuntu Mobile are not yet available and BB OS10 starts by the end of this month, Wazapp could reach a huge audience if ported - and afaik RIM currently pays 100 bucks for each App uploaded to BlackBerry Play...
What doch you think?

BB already have WhatsApp and not much peoples will use 3rd party app instead of official one.

Well, I would always prefer wazapp compared to the official app, only because it doesn't run all the time unlike the genuine client which starts automatically and cannot be quit manually.
I know there is a official Version for the current Blackberries, but I've not heard about a version for BB 10 yet.
Was just a thought. It is obviously not so difficult to port to Rim anyways: http://kunalmaemo.blogspot.de/2012/1...0-sdk.html?m=1

Hello.
I found a weird bug.
A friend of mine has an installation where /home/user/.wazapp/ folder doesn't exist.

We already purged Wazapp from terminal, deleted account, reinstalled and
Code:
devel-su
{enter your password}
apt-get --purge autoremove wazapp
rm -rf /opt/waxmppplugin/
exit
rm -rf /home/user/.wazapp/
rebooted and installed new version

After doing all that, Wazzap would be installed but quickly would shut after being launched and .wazapp folder would not be in ist place.

Any clue?

Not planning to have a BB 10 but i read this by chance no whatsapp in blackberry 10 just to add some info. Btw, i'd also choose wazapp over official version in another OS, cheers!

Thank you for your reply.

File wazapp_0.9.17_armel.deb was downloaded from
http://wazapp.im
It was saved in /home/user/MyDocs/Downloads/
Then, double tap on it and it starts installing itself.

Prior to that we made the purge showed in previous message.
Issue here is user -Miriam Olmos in Argentina- does not get the 6 digit code. She is leaded to "edit account" screen but no code generation process is shown.

This morning Miriam Olmos had an intelligent idea.
She installed a previos 0.2.## version.
After that, .wazapp folder showed up in /home/user/
However, Wazapp would launch and close immediately after.
