Thanks to Slai for taking those pics, my personal fav is the bottom 1.
the thing to ask yourself is: Was the camera on the n900 good enough for the pictures you wanted to take? if yes then the n9 camera is more then enough. if you find you need an amazing camera then the n8 is for you. for me i was able to take some decent pics on the n900 and the n9 will be good enough for me. but i'm more into the phone side of things and instant messaging.
And I really hoped it could kill every damn Android phone in case of camera
Now I really hope Nokia take some time and optimize the
camera driver as much as possible! But I guess they will not cause they are stupid and will release a updated 8-01 with symbian crap OS instead. WAY SMARTER strategy NOT
But I dont think the camera HW(lens/sensor) is less bad than SGSII. Probadly a driver issue...

And we leave this one for random discussion loosely based around the N9/Nokia?
It'd be better to convert this one IMO, as there's way more users subscribed to it.
But then you need a mod actively moving incorrect posts to the right threads.
And a OP regularly updating the OP, & participating etc.
Are there any mods on this forum, they're not terribly responsive.
Can we nominate to be one?

Anything above $800 USD (I can deal with shipping charges) for the device itself is too steep for my blood. I really want this device, but to pay such an absurd premium is too much to ask for an early adopter. Right now I think a lot of retailers are captializing on the weird distribution of the device and driving up the price to customers who can't get it normally. I'm wondering if any will reach US distribution channels (Ingram Micro, Tech Data etc)
That being said, Apple is offering the 64gb 4gs unlocked for $849. I will never get an iDevice, but to pay close that much for a N9 feels like a deal breaker to me. Hopefully us in the states can get our hands on a Thai or South Asian N9 as that seems to be the most reasonably priced one.

The n9 camera is not that great. SE arc is much better, Especially in low light conditions. Can fix Some samples later.

Thank you for this information. In any case my customers will get Black 64GB if we will not recieve 64GB in blue or Magenta. As far as I know that all Nokia N9 will be available with all SSD options and all colors, will just have to wait untill next week and see what happens, we are getting 200 units next week.

What about web pages.... When u select a page from multitasking view, does it reload !? God i hope not....
Escpecially too those damn swedens who got it at n9pilot for FREE.
Hopefully some is fixed in PR1.1 and even more in PR1.2
And yes I really think this damn device WILL be suppported better than N900...
