ok, I re-tried a clean installation of nightly20.. same issue: in particular, when switching between Wifi and 3G, messages remain RED and on the new net are not sent, until they are copied and re-sent.
With nightly17 it does not happen, and after switching between nets red dots become yellow and green..

@palikao you removed db and deleted waxmppplugin folder? 
as i said before - nothing changed from nightly17 to nightly20 in connection settings. its sadly you cant use latest version

I don't know why it has this problem
Now I have returned to nightly17, and magically no problem..
