Look at GolDeliCo website, https://shop.goldelico.com/wiki.php?page=Prepaid https://shop.goldelico.com/wiki.php?page=CreditCard - the payment methods offered won't probably change. Which means we offer several methods via IBAN money transfer and credit card - but no paypal, which might become a problem of its own.

We still have some issue with VAT to sort out in the shop function, for non-EU-customers. Sorry for the delay.

cheers

I too fear being scared off from donating if packet injection ability were no longer available. A great deal of my love for this phone is because of the tomfoolery allowed to happen by the wonderfull wireless chipset currently installed.

Please see my previous post. what makes you think the promised feature-completeness vs N900 wouldn't apply to WLAN?

Oh yes please ...If you have the preorder/fundraising set up soon...by the end of the week I'll be ready to start throwing money at you guys ...I simply want to hit a button and get the money to you!......figuring multibooting os's on an sd card seem easier than the checkout/calculation/importing/taxes process ..seems a little confusing to me....looked at it...haven't used the checkout process yet...maybe it is easy to figure out/use...If not....I am hoping that there will be "pre-support-support" walking me thru the checkout!

AH! Found the neo900 page on goldelico ...going to keep one eye on that page and wait 'til the tiddily-bits are sorted out for us "non-E.U.-er's"

This unfortunately could be a deal breaker for me as my only other method to pay is also a debit card.

after buying myself a n900 a few months ago i soon decided to purchase another one as a backup. i asked myself if there will one day be an alternative or successor of this device.

but one thing:

will the neo900 have a plane backcover? When i have the n900 lying on a desk with that protruding camera lense tapping the touchscreen is annoying and typing becomes impossible.

^OT continued: You do realise the N900 has a built-in stand, right?

This is a design flaw I criticized ~first week after I got my first N900. Alas since we gonna re-use the original parts, incl original battery lid, this won't change.

A tip that may or may not work for you: small rubber feet glued to the backside of N(eo)900 can resonably fix this issue

cheers

Ah ghetto mods, gotta love them, often they look perfectly fine too!
Still, from his post it "seemed" like he wasn't aware of the stand, hence the Qn.

aesthetics is entirely up to the user - whatever meets your taste. I found white feet more appropriate to demonstarte the idea, I glued them there 3min before I took the photos and posted my answer.
I can't see any reference to kickstand or to any usecase that would suggest using kickstand makes sense, in OP's post. Rather it's been clearly stated that placing the device flat on table causes inconveniences with typing and touchscreen operation
