Just been into Southampton MPD store, there is ALOT of boxes in silver bags being checked on lists to be sent out by Royal mail. If only I had my camera with me =(

Indeed, you can still preorder from nokia.co.uk. if what expansys said is true, that Nokia closed a contract with Vodafone UK for N900 and all their first shipments will go there it doesn't matter that you can still order from nokia.co.uk.
The change that MPD made is strange IMHO.

I can understand Nokia on this decision, such a contract values a million times more than the couple of thousandths of pre-orders and unsatisfied users. Delaying the shipments by a week or two is not such a big issue for them, considering shares value and what a plus can a contract like that bring.

Hehe - it did stop off a lot, but does show you a good example of time-line! - clever bit of reporting too

I think if you take out th stops it's between 12 and 20 days'ish...
(Adding all the stops on 1 ship means USA may get it by next february!

People who pre-ordered a sim free version for nokia uk will get there's first .The Vodafone thing only means for contract phones .
