Hi guys,

Lately I have been getting errors when flashing my phone. Normally flashing goes right right away but now I think I have repartition problems. Don't know if Nemo install has anything to do with this. The error I get when flashing is the same as in this post: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=82655

I have used the same firmware images for over a year now with no problems so I'm not sure what's wrong.

Anyways, here are the partitions on my N9 attached to this post.

PS. Tried reflashing after cleanin device from N9 settings with no help. Not even "updating" fw through Nokia suite helped

Bega,

You should simply insert the following command to flash:

Code:
flasher -f -F rootfs.bin -F emmc.bin --no-preserve
The above would fix the partitioning of the device and flash both the rootfs+emmc...

@thedead1440,

The command you gave me works and the device began to flash normally like it always has. Thanks for the quick reply

Yesterday suddenly my browser crashed and several apps wouldn't start, so I rebooted the phone and got the "Device not working properly" message.

Trying to flash the phone I receive a "Downgrade disallowed" message although the version/variant number is higher or am I blind and/or stupid?

sudo flasher -f -F 34417842_DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.430.01.1_PR_LEGACY_430_ARM_RM-696_PRD_signed.bin

MONVMENTVM,

Get the same image; it could be because you are on a telco-variant you can't upgrade...

Garp,

Maybe your backupmenu restore screwed up? First thing I would do is reflash and see if your N9 works without backupmenu...

Thanks but dont think thats problem because I couldn't get backupmenu_1.1.9_tar because it was only on PC. Have to flash again to standard mode to get it to N9!
