Solution 1: uninstallation of statefs-provider-upower-0.2.48-1.7.3.armv7hl
Solution 2: not install statefs-provider-bme-1.0.0-3.armv7hl

Yes, that's what I did and it worked. But phone has to be restarted and the bme service doesn't start at boot, at least for me. Must be run manually.
